We are a professional team

Citrus is a Quality Assured destination management company and has been in operation since 2007 with a focus on MICE. We are responsible for all land arrangements of business meetings, conferences, congresses, product launches, incentives and niche travel. Our work is totally transparent, giving clients peace of mind in knowing exactly where their money is going and above all else, that it is being well spent.

Citrus is also an active member of Malta’s Quality Assured DMC association together with Global DMC Alliance (GDA) which is a network of exclusive DMC's Worldwide.

We serve a full spectrum of logistics according to your individual needs and budgets. From “concept to realisation”, our services and events are tailor-made to meet the creative, motivational and budgetary needs of our client. We work with you from the initial concept and design, through to successful programme execution.

Quality Assured Seal

Quality Assured DMCs must comply with a detailed set of criteria designed to ensure the highest possible quality in event and destination management. The following are some of the requirements that a DMC will be required to adhere to:

The DMC has a minimum of €1,200,000 General Liability insurance cover and all key suppliers have adequate insurance coverage.
The DMC is a financially sound company, specializes in MICE services and is a member of a recognized association.
Staff is provided with initial and continuous training.
The DMC guarantees acknowledgment of requests within 24 hours and fulfills proposal requests within 72 hours.
During programme events at least one member of the DMC is available 24 hours a day.
The DMC is recommended by both previous clients and local suppliers.
